So far, so good! Customer service is amazing. With lots of orders from Steve at Serious Keto, there was a delay. We received a friendly email letting us know and another when the order shipped. Packaged nicely and safely with a handwritten note. Nice touch! As far as the product itself, I don’t get the irritated throat for 5 minutes like with other brands. Will see energy portion soon.
